Negative Feedback Removal
Ebay declined to remove negative feedback giving "We reviewed the feedback and can see that the buyer found an issue with the item that wasn't described in the listing." as the reason.
The part / item purchased was NOS in the original package! How am I supposed to describe an issue that doesn't exist. The customer bought a new part. Nothing additional to disclose.
Ebay has no way to appeal an obviously wrong decision, likely made by AI.
