Negative feedback received disguised as positive

A seller left negative feedback disguised as positive. Is there any way to report it?

You can use this link:

Use "Seller has violated one of eBay's policies"

Then choose "Other"

Put in their seller name exactly as shown on the listing.

And put in why you are reporting. In this case, using Feedback Positive to leave a negative for the buyer. This isn't permitted.
