Negative feedback posted accidentally...
The buyer left a great review, loved everything, the item, the fast shipping, and the description. I asked her why she left a negative review and she said she didn't that she left a 5 star. I guess she accidentally pressed negative. She didn't know how to fix it and I didn't know either but I did get on eBay and they said to send a feedback revision which I did. I think now she's just not dealing with it because she only had 26 feedback and she said she doesn't get on eBay a lot. It doesn't mean a lot to her but it does to me. I had 100% feedback for years before this. How can I fix it?

Mentor6 months agoSince you already send the revision request there is nothing more you can do with the buyer. You can only send one revision request per item and it is only valid for 10 days.
Since she did not folly through with the revision you should contact eBay and ask them to remove the feedback since the comments are totally positive in a negative feedback.
