Negative feedback on my item page that is about 2 years old will not go away.
I have one negative feedback from a problem buyer that is about 2 years old now, yet it appears prominently right under everything that I list.
I have many hundreds of positive feedbacks, yet ebay insists on showing that one negative one. How can I get that resolved. I see no way to talk to
a human being at ebay, just the robot. Thank You........................George

Mentor3 weeks agoeBay chooses which feedback comments are shown in your item listings; presumably eBay considers the comments chosen are representative of overall seller activity. Buyers can choose to go to your feedback page and view all of your feedback in a number of different ways to get a more complete picture.
There is nothing for you to resolve.

Mentor3 weeks agoAs soon as you get more positive and/or automated feedback with sales, the negative will be off the first page. It will always be there, but won't count in your feedback score after one year.

Mentor3 weeks agoLooking at your feedback, it shows 100%, with no neutrals or negatives within the past 12 months. However, if one scrolls DOWN, one can see the neg feedback that was left over 1 year ago. No way to change that.

The negative feedback will remain, but it will be much further down.
