Negative feedback on a seller not displayed
I left negative feedback on a seller after their lack of communication led to an order being shipped to the wrong address and being refused a refund when I did not receive my items. Why is this feedback not appearing on their page?

Mentor5 months agoMost likely because sellers are required to ship to the address you gave when you made the payment for the item. If you placed the wrong shipping address when you paid then this was not the sellers fault so eBay would remove any negative feedback related to this.
