Negative feedback on a refund
Ebay denied feedback removal for an item that was returned as undeliverable. I communicated with the buyer about updating his address with ebay and refunded the sale. Buyer harassed via email and was blocked. Ebay denied feedback removal request. What else can be done? Ebay rep assured me this could be removed.

·2 years agoBased on your professional replies to negative feedback, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from you. The reply is what can really make or break a seller in these situations. I’ve seen sellers really cut their own throat with their replies.
