Negative Feedback Not Appearing on Seller's Record

I had a BAD experience with a seller, I left negative feedback last week. My feedback does NOT appear, the seller is showing 100% positive feedback? Can anyone explain? The seller has 100% positive feedback,
about 6K items sold

Did you file a case with ebay and had to Ask ebay to step in to force a refund? If so, no one can leave feedback, but the seller would have an unresolved transaction recorded on his/her account (which is not good). The other reason might be that the feedback violated ebay policy so it was removed (including the seller's name/mention filing a case/etc).
