Negative feedback is not removed even though it was buyer error.
I recently had negative feedback and even though it was the buyer's error for not reading the item specifics, the item title, and looking at all of the pictures, ebay refused to remove the feedback. I was polite to the buyer, apologized even though it wasn't my fault, took the return and refunded promptly at no cost to them, and they lied and were nasty in the negative feedback. I'm not sure how that's abiding by ebay's feedback policies.

u can send the buyer a request feedback revision, but by your comment about him being 'nasty' i doubt they will do it.
