Negative feedback help
I recently listed a t-shirt in my store. I took lots of photos including the manufacturers tag that states shirt is XL. Buyer made offer which was lower than my asking price and I accepted it. Once buyer received the shirt they claimed is was not an xl more like a medium. I accepted the return even after buyer stated if we did not work it out they would leave negative feedback. Once I refunded they left negative feedback, I wasn't worried because I really thought ebay would side with me since I followed all policies ebay recommends. Spoke with over 4 different ebay reps and they all agreed with me and said it would be removed. This has been going on for over a month now and it still remains on my page. I have one other negative feedback due to an item that was previously sold but some how got relisted and sold again. (Completely my fault so I will live with the negative feedback on that. ) Any advice on how to resolve. Can't even get through to ebay as of late

Is it possible that the shirt was a women's XL rather than a men's XL?
To get feedback removed, eBay wants you to use the Feedback removal form found here, rather than calling in: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-policy?id=4208&from=ContactUs
Read the page, then request a feedback removal using that form. Quote the policy that the buyer violated in your request.
