Hows the sellers rating % calculated? After 298 sales rated positive I got a negative review. Order no. 27-10884-08335 (a $3.50 best offer for an item originally list for $5 of all things). The buyer didin't communicate with me even after I offered a refund. My sellers rating dropped 8 points to 92% on that one transaction.

Hi @yonderbob

It is calculated on the last 12 consecutive months. Click the little icon to the right of your Feedback % for more details ... here is what mine says.

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.
Positives / (Positives + Negatives)
This member's 12 month Feedback ratings
Positives: 512 Negatives: 0
This member's positive Feedback percentage
512 / ( 512 + 0 ) = 100%
