negative feedback from a Global Shipping thru eBay
I received negative feedback from an item bought thru Global Shipping Shipping.

Here is info from the item. I have never had a negative feedback in all of my 26 years on eBay. Yes, never received one in 26 years. My packaging has not ever been an issue. Why? I take great care in shipping and packing. Please review all of the 12 photos of original unaltered photos. He thinks I switched the item with another which is ludicrous, to say the least. The feedback was left in Italian, which of course I can't read. I only know it wasn't pleasant. Can you help? |

Translation:
"The toy and the box are broken I contacted the seller who denies the evidence of the photos that do not correspond to those of the advert the box is broken and a piece is missing the lighthouse is mounted backwards and the crane is broken."
Since the comment does not violate Ebay feedback policy, Ebay will not remove the feedback.
Have you refunded the buyer?
If so, have you subsequently sent the buyer a Feedback Revision Request?
