Negative feedback from a buyer that didnâ€™t pay

How do I go about getting a negative review removed from a buyer that didnâ€™t pay. And as a seller I only have an option to leave them positive feedback?? Is EBay all about the buyers and not the sellers?

Did you cancel the transaction after four (4) days citing: â€œbuyer did not payâ€ as the reason for cancellation?

This is the proper procedure, and buyers cannot leave negative feedback in that instance.

Buyers do have a large advantage under eBayâ€™s 30-day Money Back Guarantee (MBG), but there are seller protections if proper procedures are followed.
