Negative feedback for sellers
There HAS to be something done about negative feedback. In my experience, I don't find out about a problem until a buyer trashes me on feedback, yet I can do NOTHING but accept it and let it drag down my rating. This is so infuriating! I work so hard to provide excellent pictures, listings, and ship within 24 hours, and eBay does nothing to help sellers. They have to start policing some of this feedback. It seriously makes me consider selling elsewhere.
