Negative feedback for an item as described
I received negative feedback for an item not working when my description clearly stated it's not working. Of course I request ebay to remove it because the buyer received it in the exact condition I stated it was in the description. So to get this right... sellers must operate with integrity (which I agree we should) however if a buyer doesn't take the two minutes to read a description we can get dinged for it? How is the buyers lapse of judgement or laziness have anything to do with what I have done and why will ebay do nothing to protect it's sellers? This is the second negative unwarranted feedback I've received and ebay just pretty much says "oh well these buyers do no wrong." Is there anything more I can do to get it removed or am I just stuck with it?
