negative feedback and the impact on my seller fees
i recently sold a lot of vintage presidential souvenirs at auction. in storage since the 80's all was nos in original plastic boxes and listed as such. with pictures. the buyer claimed not as described, because the dirty box was not listed in the listing. immediate refund and paid return. buyer leave negative feedback and drops my rating and ups my seller cost by 30%. ebay says feedback is legit and refuses to change it! i continue to list but at a higher rate. thanks to all with any direction. jc
