Negative feedback and a restriction email ( not necessarily related )
I assume I'm just screwed as ebay let this situation stand but if anyone can help with suggestions that would help, I would be grateful.
This is the situation as concisely as I can explain. First, ebay allows you to opt out of international sales which I have done but on top of that I also post in the description of every listing that "I ship to the lower 48 states only and I will not ship to 3rd party shippers with intention of shipment going to an international destination". The buyer who is in Canada ignored it and purchased 2 items with the shipping address being a 3rd party shipper in the US close to the Canadian border ( I looked up the address and found the company info ). I cancelled the orders but the buyer re-purchased both after contacting me and I explained my position and it being stated in the description. I cancelled again. He then sent 2 negative feedbacks for each item for a total of 4 negative feedbacks on 2 items. When I contacted ebay they allowed the feedbacks to remain and suggested contacting the buyer. Well, the guy did it out of spite and obviously just wants me coming and begging him, so I see no good outcome in that .
Secondly, long after this, I received an email ( don't think it's related ) with some kind of negative effect as there is a red circle with the number 1 next to my username on my listings now. The email said it was concerning inserting tracking numbers too slowly and it would be monitered. There have been maybe 2 times I didn't get a tracking number posted and the item shipped the next day ( my listings stae shipment within 2 days ). These 2 events have affected my sales. Yet my feedback is absolutely stellar otherwise with many buyers expressing appreciating my handling of sales. Extremely frustrating!!!

·1 year agoIf the third party shipping has a US address it is not possible nor necessary to block them.
Putting words in the description are of no use.
You as the seller are only responsible to get the item to the US address given by the buyer!
You are using the Post office to mail your items so why would you block PO Boxes?
PO Boxes are one of the safest place to send mail!
