negative feedback after taking ebays advice
I relisted an item and made a mistake instead of a $25 starting bid I put it up for $25 by now and someone immediately purchased it I wasn't sure if I just should eat it and ship it to him or if there was a way I could cancel it and not harm my 100% rating on eBay so I called eBay and I spoke with the lady and she told me if I refunded the money and canceled the sale the buyer wouldn't be able to leave any negative feedback but unfortunately she was wrong and he did leave negative feedback even though he never even got the item and got a full refund I have called eBay several times they have told me they'll have it fixed for me but to no avail hasn't been fixed it's very frustrating since I went out of my way to not get dinged and then got dinged I don't know if there's anything I can do about it at this point I figured I would post this problem thank you
