Negative feedback
I had a buyer leave negative feedback says he won a. Auction price then I charged him more, I don’t do auctions ever, he made an offer I of below asking price to also include shipping, I countered a at reg price he bought and paid, 3 months later leaves negative feedback.
I know it’s not really that important but I’ve been selling for 20 years, always had 100% positive this one dropped it to 97.5% I can’t get to talk to a person at eBay. Tried 3 times, did the online request, nothing. How do I get to talk to someone?????

·3 years agoFrom their feedback, I think the couple extra dollars was sales tax.
As far as the no shipping, they probably added free shipping as part of their offer, thinking they could get free shipping, which is not part of an offer.
