Negative Feedback
I had a horrible seller experience and left negative feedback. It seems the seller was able to have eBay remove it, why? I made an offer on a card which the seller accepted and then paid right away. Instead of sending the card I paid for, they instead listed it again (obvious, it was a serial numbered item) as an auction and sold the card again! I had to open an item not received claim after seeing the auction of my card, at which time the seller shipped the card. I left negative feedback and told this story. Now it’s no longer posted to the seller’s account. How could the seller remove the feedback when all this happened and it’s fully tracked in eBay sales history. Totally bogus feedback system. Guess I need to switch platforms, bummer. Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Mentor3 years ago@davidian_2001 don't know if ur feedback violated any ebay policies, but if u made any references about ongoing cases, it is removable.
also, since the item was delivered to you, ebay considers the 'situation' resolved, so maybe that is why it was removed.
hard to give a definitive answer w/o knowing what the fb said.
