Negative feedback.
I got a very negative feedback. Buyer expected to see real gold or silver in jewelry lot. ALso called it garbage. I only said fashion jewelry lot . I offered refund but still bad review. Will eBay take review off? If I send in a appeal?

You really need to improve your listings so buyers know what to expect.
For the jewelry listing, you have two poor pictures of the jewelry in a jar. You should have emptied it out to show what's there and the number of pieces. Also, much of your description is AI and it's generic and uninformative.
And although you didn't mention the other feedback you received for the Gucci wallet, my advice would be similar. You need clear and well focused closeups that show the condition as well as the markings that will help you prove authenticity.
Based on the comments from the buyer, your item specifics describing the wallet as "good condition" isn't really accurate. Fair condition would have been more appropriate.

Use the Report Buyer link on the sold item and alert eBay of the problem, the Buyer is either asking for something not included in the original listing or making a false claim for a return, either reason will lead to a typing field so you can further explain their complaint via Neg FB and the listing. Your listing states "mixed materials" and has NO reference to silver, gold or other precious metals.
Wait sever days and then use this tool to request that the FB be removed. Request to remove feedback
But just as a reminder, use the Report Buyer function first ... that is an important part of the process.

Mentor4 months agoYou can leave a factual reply to the feedback, such as "Listing did not state that there was any precious metals in the lot of jewelry. Offered refund."
Ebay will not remove it.
