I recieved 2 negative feedbacks because the buyer ordered another different item to see if i was shipping. they did not NOT want to buy the item and left 2 negative marks

Mentor5 months agoIf you were on a cruise as you indicated in your reply to the feedback, you needed to either END the listing before your departure or place your sales on "time away" so that no one can bid/buy from your listings.

If you were going to be away you needed to set time away on your listings.
Okay so they say you cancelled as problems with buyers address and then when they asked to cancel on another item that you denied the cancellation.
