Negative feedback
I posted negative feedback for a seller who is scamming people by sending invalid tracking #. The tracking # will fraudulently show delivered, so Ebay doesn't want to help without filing an appeal and spending hours of frustration. Why does it not show in his feedback profile?

eBay removes feedback when a case is opened. If the seller doesn't take care of the problem, he earns a defect on his seller metrics. Too many of those, and the seller won't be selling for long.
eBay does want to help which is why they offer the Money Back Guarantee.
