I translated the Feedback to English, "I received a different (and much cheaper) product than the one I ordered. I bought a Swiss Army Wenger watch, but they sent me a very low-quality plastic watch from the brand Nice Time. A rip-off."
Is it possible they have you confused with a different Seller?
Is it possible somebody there packed the wrong item for shipment?
You can first use the Report Buyer link on the sold item. Since their FB does not appear to violate eBay policy it will be hard to get it removed. eBay does have a tool to request FB removal but again, use the Report Buyer link first before trying this. Request to remove feedback
