Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers for any reason. You also cannot leave a positive feedback with a negative comment. If you file an unpaid item dispute it will give the buyer an unpaid item strike if they get second one they will find themselves blocked by the very many sellers who have set their buyer requirement to Block buyers who have received [ 2 ] unpaid strikes in the last [12] months. open the link below to see how to set your requirements.
