Negative feedback
Just noticed I received negative feedback for an item that was sold over 30 days ago. I contacted the buyer and he claims eBay left the negative feedback and he was very happy with the item.
I have been trying to contact eBay with no luck. Any suggestions?

Mentor11 months agoI think your buyer clicked negative, since the comment is positive. ebay cannot do anything since the feedback is more than 30 days old. If you had noticed the neg before 30 days, you could have sent the buyer a feedback revision request.
