The right-hand column of the negative feedback says "Past year" which means that an entire year hasn't yet elapsed. Feedbacks over a year old say "More than a year ago".
The Reply to the feedback contains "Replacement light was sent on 9/8" so are we looking at a August – September time frame for that feedback?

A negative feedback will not be removed, but it will cease to impact your feedback score after 12 months. You should be able to hover over the date range in the When column on the right to see the date the negative feedback was left.

OP1 year agothis was from march last year and my rating is still reading 98% because of it

Mentor1 year agoAlthough I cannot be certain I believe that when the replies to the feedback were left the clock restarted from that date to determine when the feedback would no longer affect your percentage.

Good point...thinking about it, I too believe the start date would be the Reply date.

Mentor1 year agoIt's been my understanding that once a Seller responds to a Feedback, that removes the ability to see the date it was left. But I never knew that once a Seller responds, it also resets the clock. I learn something new every day!

Mentor1 year agoThey took away our ability to see the date the feedback was left quite a while ago. Annoying at best. I have never liked this change.

On your own feedback received, you can click Reply and see the date the feedback was left.

Mentor1 year agoDo you think the same "re-start" would happen if the buyer left a follow up? That'd be a pretty nifty way to extend the effect of a vindictive negative ... wait until the 364th day and then follow up.

If our theory is right about the seller's reply, then I think it would also apply to a buyer's reply. That would give enough time for others to read the feedback. But I don't think you can wait a year. Feedback must be left within 90 days, so that (or some other) deadline is likely in place for replies. Of course this is all conjecture on my part. But I think we can find out...

Mentor1 year agoas far as I know it is 60 days to leave feedback from the date of purchase.

I was just looking into this, and I found that the one negative feedback you have on your account is from a sale that was made on Aug 31, 2024, according to eBay's Product Research tool:
That would line up with the replacement being sent 9/8 according to your feedback reply, and would mean it still has a few months before it would fall off.
