for my buyers, I can only select .positive feedback, what about non payment issues?

You can leave a Cancellationr with the reason "no payment" 5 days after the item is won/purchased but hase not been paid for. This ends the transaction and puts a Unpaid Item Strike in their account.

Also:

Add the buyer's ID to your Blocked Bidder List so they can never purchase from you again.
Set up your block for potential buyers with 2 or more Nonpaying Bidder Strikes in the last 12 monrha ao you don't have to deal with buyers that have failed to pay before.

Sellers aren't allowed to leave a buyer negative feedback.

Report and block the deadbeat. Set your preferences to block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes. Those buyers won't be able to bid for a year. All sellers should do that.
