Negative feedback
I was left negative feedback immediately after I refunded the buyer full amount because the item was stolen and he left me to negative feedback’s eBay change the Feedback rules. The seven day rule for leaving feedback was gone but I just saw that it’s back again I want my Feedback. negative feedback removed immediately there is no reason why I have to pay the consequences because eBay decided to change the Feedback rules but apparently they’ve reverted back to the seven day wait. To leave negative feedback my buyer left negative feedback immediately after a refund was sent.

The 7 day period is for top rated sellers. Were you top rated at the time?

Mentor1 year agoIt appears that neg was left 6 months ago. In order to ask for feedback removal, you must do it within a month of receiving it.

OP1 year agoYes, I agree with you but the issue is eBay change the feedback rules making that there is no more seven day cooling down. I refunded my buyer but now, the seven day cooling down. Is back if eBay then change the rules for seven day cool down I’ll still be in in a fact and the customer wouldn’t react that way without a conversation eBay change the rules and then change them back and when I contacted eBay, they were answer was It is representative of the buyers clandestine experience. Thank you for your response.
