negative feedback
there was a problem with the buyers address could not deliver so they did a return to sender buyer left me negative feedback saying I kept the money didn’t refund when in fact I did eBay reviewed the feedback and said it didn’t violate any rules when it’s Completely untrue I gave a full refund. Is there anyway I can talk to an actual person instead of the automated feedback review or whatever it is
