negative feedback
why can some sellers leave negative feedback and some can't. If a seller doesn't pay, don't I have the right to leave negative feedback??

Mentor2 years ago@deane150 Only sellers can RECEIVE negative feedback. If the seller is Top Rated then you have to wait 7 days before leaving negative feedback. this is so the buyer can contact the seller and give them a chance to make things right.
A buyer can NOT receive negative feedback. Leaving a negative comment for a buyer in the positive box is a policy violation and the buyer can report the seller and eBay will remove the comment.

You can cancel as buyer hasn't paid and the buyer receives an unpaid item strike on their account>
