Negative feedback

Hi so I recently received my first negative feedback on a item a customer said a had a issue I gave them a fully refund instantly and told them to keep the item as to not take time out of their day to resend it back to me 40 days later today they left me negative feedback and just the letter Z as the comment any thoughts to fix this or will it fall off ?

Hi @foreveryzonesells Send your buyer a very polite message asking them if they would be willing to revise the feedback. Then depending on their reply, send them a feedback revision request. EBay allows only 5 feedback revision requests per year, so don't use up your options if the buyer says no.

If the buyer won't revise the feedback, you can request a feedback removal here:

Wait to reply to the feedback until after first trying to get it revised or removed.

If it isn't removed, it will stay on your feedback record, but it will fall off your Feedback Ratings table after 12 months.
