Negative feedback
I recently purchased item it was wrong part I emailed seller gd-led they wanted pictures did that they didn't have correct.part told me they would refund half my money and I could re sale their incorrect part I left negative feed back because of this now I have received over 9 e mails begging g me to retract the negative feedback I explained that is what feedback is for to make ebay experience better now they harass me at least twice a day with e mails to remove the negative feedback experience I refuse and told them I will report them for harassment to ebay but they persist so how do I go about getting them to stop and I will never do business with them ever again or would I recommend anyone else to they advertised the part it was wrong I contacted them done what they wanted they did not fix problem on their end I'm not at fault

Mentor2 years agoEbay provides a report link on all messages coming through eBay messaging. Also block their user ID. In the meantime, do not respond to them.

Did you file a Return Request and specified "wrong item received"? If so, you could have asked Ebay to step in to help you receive a refund.
