negative feedback
What can you do about members that leave you negative feedback when have done nothing wrong. A member claimed I was trying to rip him off when I was not and left me very negative feedback accusing me of some kind of bait and switch thing. Really ruins my 100% positive feedback.

Mentor2 years agoYou could ask the Buyer to revise their feedback which seems unlikely. You could request that eBay remove the negative using the feedback removal process on eBay. Or you can professionally and calmly respond to the feedback. Keep in mind that the Buyer can respond to that and gets the last word.
