negative feedback
I rcvd neg feedback. I sent item out immediately, post office misrouted, it is still arriving within the expected arrival date. Cust gave neg feedback without contacting me over this matter, so I could help them out. Ebay won't remove the neg feedback. USPS misroutes my packages from time to time. Therefore if I got neg feedback for that I would get 5 to 6 negative feedbacks a year and I am not a high volume seller.
