Negative feedback
Why is a buyer allowed to leave negative feedback when a request to cancel a transaction is honored and timely??? Why can’t I block this buyer from future transactions without the repercussion of negative feedback?

Mentor2 years agoYou need to contact ebay. If the buyer asked you to cancel the transaction, the neg feedback should be removed. Sellers can add a buyer's user ID to their blocked bidder's list for any reason, or for no reason at all.
