Negative feedback
Left negative feedback for a buyer but the negative/positive choice was not available, only able to leave words and it automatically comes up positive. Anyone know why?

@evry1nositswindyis correct. I completely missed that this was buyer feedback you were leaving. Sellers have not been able to leave negative feedback (or allowed to leave negative comments) for buyers for the past 15 1/2 years.

Mentor2 years ago@inceptions They are talking about FB for a BUYER not seller. Buyers cannot receive negatives or neutrals. Their feedback left is in violation.

Mentor2 years agoSellers can only leave positive fb for buyers. Leaving negative words in a positive is against the rules and can get you into trouble. Instead of leaving a negative for not paying, you should have cancelled the transaction after 4 days with the reason buyer did not pay. When you do this, neither party can leave fb. You have now opened yourself up to receiving a negative (a true negative) from this buyer.
