NEGATIVE FEED BACK BECAUSE ON DEATH IN MY FAMILY
i had a death of my father and negative feed back because i did not ship the item and gave money back with a death in the family they still left negative feed back really some people have to care but them selves and what they want help with my negative feed back

The buyer stated you refused to cancel the transaction and had to have Ebay issue the refund.
You can leave a polite reply to the feedback.

If you did not cancel the transaction and refund the buyer, and they had to open the dispute to get a refund, that was on you. Despite the death in the family, you could have kept track of your listings and at least messaged the buyer that there would be a delay in shipping, or that you were cancelling the order, which would have automatically refunded the buyer. Apparently you did not do that and that's why you received the feedback.
