Negative comments about me :(

While "looking around" earlier today, I noticed that someone entered some rather harsh comments about me in their current posting. I speculate that this has been out there for a while, linked below. Yes, we had a mis-understanding about a year ago, however, he left me positive feedback on that specific transaction. I returned the package the way he instructed, and I thought all was fine. Upon reading that, I sent a polite email asking it to be removed & have not heard anything. So I ask in this forum, is there any way to have this person remove the comments in the posting?

Yeah that is not right. And his listing is not clear as to what is being sold. I have made a report but don't know if it change anything.
