Negative buyer feedback
I'm a new seller having only sold 2 items. The buyer on one of the items sold left negative feedback saying the item he bought was not an authentic Louis Vuitton beanie. I received this beanie as a gift but never wore it and it had the LV tag inside the hat and one the was attached to it. I thoroughly described the item with lots of photos, packed it nicely and shipped it quickly.
The buyer said the beanie didn't fit and therefore was fake. I appealed to eBay to have the negative feedback removed, as it is an Authentic Louis Vuitton and it is his opinion that it's not! Even with the tags on it, the LV box and protective cover included, why would eBay side with the buyer? I don't know what to do and now it's effected my rating 😞
