eBay gives you the tool to handle this. Send the buyer a feedback revision request. You'll find the option on your Feedback page to the right of the feedback the buyer left for you.

Buyers cannot remove feedback. It seems the Buyer is willing to revise their feedback, but you would need to send them a Feedback Revision form for them to be able to do that.
