Neg feedback for something clearly in description and eBay won’t remove it…why??
I listed an open package of printer ink and clearly stated in the description that one had been used and was no longer in the package. I listed also what WAS included in the listing…along with pics of what was included. The person that bought it clearly did not read the description and eBay won’t remove the negative feedback. It seems that the buyer didn't understand the description.
Maybe you can ask for removal again by contacting eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter.
