I mistakenly purchased a shipping label for $55 when it cost only $12.

Having cancelled the $55 label, I purchased a new label for $12.

Would you please tell me when I will get the refunded difference back to me.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>
