How can I get ahold of anyone at ebay. I purchased an item and what i received is not what I purchased. Seller is refusing a return. His comment to my request with proof he sent the wrong item was enjoy clown. everything i try says case closed and can not dispute can not appeal. The item was $700 dollars. There has to be some way to get help from Ebay I just can't find it

What was the reason you used for your return? Sellers can not refuse a not as described return.
Go back to your purchase history and see if you can open a not as described return using received wrong item or does not match description. If not you will need to open a return with your funding source.

OP4 months agoi used wrong item sent I believe. It wont let me go back and try to do anything. Just says case closed and thats it

You will need to go to your funding source to get the refund.
It sounds like you opened the correct case however a couple of things may be the issue. You did not open it within 30 days of receipt or your item was not eligible for the money back guarantee. When you go back to the listing do you see the buy with confidence notice?
What was the item number of the listing so I can see how it was listed.? It is possible the seller listed an item in the wrong category so it would not be covered by the money back guarantee. I suspect this given their response to you.
