Need to speak with someone directly to resolve a defective item refund after the 30 days

Question

Bought a dyson came defective spoke to seller for a long time trying to get a new battery because, we that that was the issue it was not. I've tried contacting them 5+ times to resolve the issue again but, it end ups with them losing the email chain then restarting the conversation all over again to no avail.

If it has been more than 30 days from date of delivery, Ebay cannot help you since the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has expired.

If you processed your payment through Paypal, you can file a dispute through Paypal.
