Need to speak to ebay to change my delivery from home address to click & collect can't contact them

Question

I asked for click & collect on a purchase but it did not register and gave my home address. I need to change this but the "virtual assistant" is useless and just sends me round in circles. No matter what I do I can't speak to a real human being. Any suggestions please?

This is the U.S. site (ebay.com), so first you need to sign out and return to UK eBay at

www.ebay.co.uk

When you're in the auto assist chat box, keep typing AGENT in the bottom space then hit Enter until you see the option to request a call back or a live chat with an agent. You may have to enter it a few times if the bot keeps asking questions.
