I ordered two items. i have the item numbers. Ordered one on 4-30-24 and one of the same the next day. It was syringe of stuff for wrinkles. I finished the old one i bought before these two just a couple days ago and tried one the the new ones. With tax I pd $117.26 each. It said they were new when ordered. First new one was completely empty and tried the 2nd one and it was maybe 1/4 full. maybe 1/4. I have used this stuff many times before this so i know it does not dissolve or anything like that. It is not a new enough purchase to still show where i can return them. Tried twice to contact seller. Ripped off big time. Seller had to know this. I thought it was such a good deal when i bought them. Wow. Cannot get ahold of ebay though i have tried. Used the automated thing. Just tells me to go to returns. Can't since it was bought last spring. Am i just out of luck?

Mentor1 year agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. If it is past that date, you can file a case with Paypal within 180 days of the transaction if that is how you paid. You can also file a chargeback with your credit card issuer if you paid with a credit card.
