Need to revise feedback on purchase
An item I purchase 90 days ago has completely stopped working and seller refuses to refund. It’s a faulty item and best customer service would be to just refund in full. Seller is hiding behind their policy with no regard to the fact that this $180 item doesn’t work at all and is actually a safety hazard. Fine, you can be a bad seller. But I want to leave feedback showing my experience with the item and the seller and can’t because eBay already left automated feedback (which is also bogus). How do I revise this feedback to reflect my experience?

Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item and dispute the charge.
