need to return, seller has ghosted me!

I ordered a car stereo/CD player from a seller, it arrived but it doesn't work. I emailed the seller but I have received no replies. I am feeling ripped off! I can't begin a return because I purchased the item (checked out) as a guest. HOW do I return the item for a refund?
