Need to return item seller was to send label prepaid they want me to ship it to china

Mentor8 months agoIt is not possible for a seller in another country to send a prepaid return label. They must send you the proper funds for you to purchase the return label. Has the seller asked you for the amount of the shipping charge and a way to pay you? If they have not then go back to the return case you filed and "Ask eBay to step in". Returns are a fairly automated process that does not require help from customer service.
