Need to return damaged saw received 3/27/26

Received damaged Black & Decker saw.

Send the seller photos of the damaged items, the inner packaging, the outer packaging, the shipping label. File a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. The seller can fully refund the buyer if s/he does not want the item back. The seller can then file an insurance claim with the carrier, uploading the photos the buyer sent. If the seller wants the item back, they can provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return. Seller does not file an insurance claim. When they get the items back, they have 2 days to refund the buyer.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Or arrived damaged.
